Team Branding

Visual brand cohesion for organizations that understand consistency is credibility.

The Reality

Take a look at your team page.

How many different photo styles do you see? How many were clearly taken in different years, with varying settings and lighting? How many are iPhone selfies or LinkedIn defaults?

Every mismatched image communicates something you don’t intend. Your organization does not pay attention to details. Your brand is not unified. The professionalism you project in person does not extend to your digital presence.

Moor Sterling’s Team Branding program eliminates those gaps. From 5-person leadership teams to 500-person health systems, we deliver a consistent visual identity.

FAQ

Q: How many people can you photograph in one session?

A: We typically photograph 15–20 people per hour with one photographer. For larger teams, we can add a second photographer to double the capacity. A typical half-day on-site session covers 30–50 people; a full day covers 60–100+.

Q: Do you come to our location?

A: Yes. We bring a complete mobile studio with professional lighting, backdrop, and all equipment directly to your office, campus, or facility.

We set up in a conference room, lobby, or any space you designate. For smaller teams (under 10), you’re also welcome to come to the studio.

Q: How long does each person’s session take?

A: 4-6 minutes per person for headshot-focused sessions.

Q: What if some team members are camera-shy?

A: We guide every person through posture, angle, and expression. It’s our job to make it easy.

Q: How are images delivered?

A: You receive a branded digital gallery organized by each individual. Your designated contact gets centralized access to the full gallery.

Q: How often should we refresh our team imagery?

A: We recommend a full refresh every 12–18 months, with interim sessions for new hires and departures.
